Depression feels like...
I slept all night and still feeling tired. It is very difficult to get out of bed in the morning. My body feels heavy and tired. I am tired all day long and exhausted getting out of bed each morning. I feel stuck, nothing is going right for me. I have nothing to contribute to the world, I feel empty and numb and just sad all the time. My body hurts and I am almost always tearful.
